    FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS


    HOW DO I JOIN A SESSION?  


    1. Get a Content Pass or a Connections Pass for the event via the ALL THAT MATTERS website - information can be found under the Join Us tab.

    2. Once registered, you will receive a registration confirmation email. You can log in with the email address you used to register, or your ticket number. Each registration has a unique login and cannot be shared. You can find more information in the ATTENDEE LOGIN GUIDE.

     

    3. Connections Pass holders can head straight to the Networking tab and enter their unique registration code to view who else is in the networking community. 

    Tips: 

    • Make sure you update your profile page with a photo, bio and your social details so people can find out more about you. 
    • If you add your LinkedIn profile a clickable icon will indicate this under your profile (recommended).

    4. Once logged in, click on Agenda in the navigation bar. From here you can start to build your own personal schedule for the week. Click on the star icon or save your seat on the chair icon in the sessions you’d like to attend. Email reminders will be sent to you before your selected sessions. 

    5. When a session is scheduled to start, click on Broadcast under the session title to open the session page.


    6. In the session page, you will find all of the information for the session as well as the livestream window. The window will go live 2 minutes before the session start time.

    7.When a session ends, head back to the Agenda page and click on the next session you’d like to attend. 


    HOW DO I MAKE MY PERSONALIZED SCHEDULE FOR THE WEEK?



     

    HOW DO I JOIN THE NETWORKING COMMUNITY? 



    The Networking Community is open to Connections Pass holders only, including delegates, speakers, sponsors and Careers Pass holders. If you registered for a complimentary Content Pass you will need to upgrade to a Connections Pass via the Manage Registration Details in your registration confirmation email.

    1. You will receive a Registration Confirmation email once you complete your online registration. If you are registered for a Connections Pass, look for the View Who’s Attending section and click on the Join the Community button. 

    2. This will open the ATM Online 2020 website in a new tab in your browser, click the Join The Community button again on this page.

    3. You will then be taken to a screen which prompts you to enter a code. If you are a Connections Pass holder, you will have received this in your registration confirmation email. Enter the code for access to the networking community. 

    NB: Please note this code cannot be shared as it is linked to your unique email address.

    4. Once you’ve entered your code, you can share your plan to attend All That Matters Online 2020 with your own networks on Twitter, Facebook or LinkedIn. To skip this step, click on the Continue to Community link.

    5. Now you have access to the ATM Online 2020 Connections Pass holders who have opted to join the networking community (due to privacy laws, this is an opt-in feature). 

    6. To send other members an in-app message, click on the Message link in their profile. The attendee will also receive an email to let them know you’ve sent them a message.


    WILL THE EVENT SESSIONS BE RECORDED?

    The mainstage sessions will be recorded and accessible to ticket holders shortly after the event has concluded. The recordings will be available in the session on the Agenda. Access to certain sessions will be dependent on ticket type (see Ticketing page for more details).

    WHAT’S THE CANCELLATION POLICY?

    If you would like to cancel your ticket entirely you are eligible for a full refund only if you contact us in writing by 1st September 2020. Contact the general enquiries email below.

     

    HOW DO I EDIT OR CANCEL MY REGISTRATION?


    To edit or cancel your registration, click the Manage Registration Details link near the bottom of your original email registration confirmation - it’s that fast. 

    You can also upgrade your registration at any time via this link as well!
