Terms & Conditions
- All payments to be settled in HK Dollars (at the fixed exchange rate: USD 1 to HKD 7.8)
- An administration fee of USD100 will apply for cancellations received on or prior to April 30, 2011. No refund will be given for cancellations received after this date.
- An invoice will be sent to you upon receipt of your registration, and due immediately.
- Your delegate place is not guaranteed until payment is received.
- Payment may be made by credit card or bank transfer. Please indicate your preferred method of payment within this form.
- Credit card payments may be made online and the maximum limit is US$3,000 per transaction.
- For hotel room bookings please complete the separate downloadable form and refer to the separate terms and conditions on this form.
