About Hong Kong

Hong Kong is a unique meeting place where East meets West, blending Chinese heritage, British colonial influences, high-tech modernity and Cantonese gusto. It is an Asian hub, ideal for Music Matters. The local language spoken mostly is Cantonese, with Mandarin having become more important. However, business is often conducted in English and most can speak reasonable English.

Transportation systems are very comprehensive and efficient in Hong Kong. Public transport is extremely accessible and includes: the MTR (underground train), buses, taxis, mini-buses, trams and ferries.

Business/name cards are absolutely essential in Hong Kong so make sure you have a plentiful supply before you arrive!
